Der Duft von gersteten Kaffeebohnen, schwarzen Oliven und einer kleinen Prise Lakritze kommen dazu. Im Geschmack gibt das charmant eingebundene Tannin die Struktur vor. Die Trauben wurden Mitte Oktober von Hand gelesen und in groen Eichenholz Btten spontan vergoren. Auch eine malolaktische Grung (BSA = biologischer Sureabbau) fand bei diesem Nero di Troia statt.
